Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers located in:

  • Canada

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of these countries.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped to the United States and Canada.

No minimum purchase is required.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available).

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Coscot is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged package or product (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts may be eligible for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply if the issue was not caused by Coscot.

Customs and Import Fees

Orders shipped within the United States generally do not incur customs fees.

Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by local authorities.
